Some love stories are written slowly, over years of growing up and shared milestones. Julia and Lukas’ story—known lovingly by friends and family as Jukas—is one of those rare, beautiful ones that has been unfolding since childhood.

Julia and Lukas first met in the third grade. Long before wedding plans, they were simply kids sharing the same space, unaware of just how intertwined their lives would become. Years later, in high school, they reconnected; bonding over their shared love for horses. From that point on, they were inseparable—high school sweethearts who grew side by side, choosing each other again and again through every season of life.

They said their I’ dos at Aesthete Winery, nestled in the hills and vineyards of Healdsburg, Ca. What stood out most about their wedding wasn’t just how beautiful it was, but how intentional it felt. Every moment carried weight because of the history behind it. These weren’t just two people in love; they were best friends who had grown up together, who had shared formative years and countless memories long before saying “I do.” Their family and friends celebrated their love with so much joy and happiness. It was an honor to take part in the celebration.
